The duties of the Committee include:

Proposals to the Company shareholders for candidates to be appointed to the Board of Directors and their compensation.

Proposals to the Board of Directors for candidates to be appointed as executive officers and their compensation.

Proposals for the dismissal of these board members and executive officers in the event that this is justified.
