The corporate governance
structure in ASUR (Board of Directors and Committees) complies with the requirements
of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act with the requisite
number of independent members:

is made up entirely of independent members

are also present on the Operations Committee, the
Nominations and Compensations Committee and the Acquisitions
and Contracts Committee
