  The corporate governance structure in ASUR (Board of Directors and Committees) complies with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act with the requisite number of independent members:

  5 of the 7 members of the Board of Directors are independent

  The Audit Committee is made up entirely of independent members
·
  Independent members are also present on the Operations Committee, the Nominations and Compensations Committee and the Acquisitions and Contracts Committee
 
  Protection of minority shareholder interests.
 
  All of ASUR’s employees, executives and board members adhere to the highest standards of conduct that govern relations with our different customers and stakeholders.
