SUPREME DECISION-MAKING POWER RESTS WITH OUR SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders’ meetings are held at least on an annual basis, in accordance with Mexican law.
Approval by the company shareholders is required for some of the most important decisions affecting our business, such as:
- Appointment of members of the Board of Directors
- Approval of management by the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer
- Payment of dividends
- Increases and decreases in capital stock
- Publication of the company’s annual financial statements
